Welcome to Soft Claw Studio. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

Every Soft Claw Studio piece begins as an original hand-sculpted wax model before being cast in solid 925 sterling silver and finished by hand.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture, finish and detail are a natural part of the making process. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Product images are intended to represent the finished piece as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to photography, lighting and the handmade nature of the jewellery.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST), where required.

The price displayed on each product page is the price you will pay, excluding any optional shipping upgrades selected at checkout.

I reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product prices where necessary. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

If you need to make changes to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. While I’ll always do my best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed or dispatched.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary. If I need to cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund for any payment already made.

Shipping

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Soft Claw Studio may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discount codes are valid only during the promotional period and are subject to any conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to completed orders or exchanged for cash.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes or other promotional offers.

  • Soft Claw Studio reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion or discount code where reasonably necessary.

  • Soft Claw Studio reserves the right to refuse the use of a discount code where misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

This promotion is intended for a limited number of orders and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product names, branding, logos and website content belong to Soft Claw Studio unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Website Use & Liability

I do my best to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or completely free from inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Claw Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
